Master Franchise

A master franchise is a franchising contract in which the franchisor (the owner of the brand name) hands over the control of the franchising activities in a specified territory to a person or entity, called the "master franchisee". Master franchising is a method that has been employed by most franchise systems. MASTER franchisee will have rights and authorities to sell, install, and service all products and services in their allotted region. They will be single point to dealing with company in the region. Agreement period will be of 5 years. They will be the Heart of Franchise network in their city, they will run the day to day activities of sales, installation and service not only for them self but for other associated sub franchisees, unit franchisees and business associates. All Sub franchisees, Unit franchisees, business associates will be buying their material through Master Franchisee only. Master will own display centre along with a godown for proper movement of goods and services. Master will have exclusive rights for retailing in their region directly or through sub franchisees
